Does my parent need to be tech-savvy to use this?
No. Viever is designed for seniors — large tactile icons, clear text, and simple navigation, built for users of all abilities and dexterity levels. Most of what you set up as a carer (appointments, medications, reminders) works in the background without your loved one needing to touch a settings menu.
Can more than one family member stay in the loop?
Yes. Premium lets you bring up to four family members or carers into the same Care Circle, so everyone linked can see updates, medications, and appointments — not just one person carrying the load.
How does this actually work day to day?
You set up appointments, medications, and reminders from your own phone, and they sync to your loved one's device. They see gentle prompts and wellbeing check-ins on a simple home screen, while you get updates and alerts on yours — so you stay in the loop without calling to check in.
Is Viever only for my parent, or can anyone use it?
It's built for any older adult who wants to stay independent while a family member or carer keeps an eye out — a parent, grandparent, partner, or someone you support. One person can also use it solo on the Free tier for their own medication and wellbeing tracking.
Is my parent's health information private?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold or shared with advertisers, and only accessible to your loved one and the carers they've explicitly linked — access you can revoke at any time. See our Data Safety page for the full breakdown.
Do I need Premium, or can I try it free first?
The Free tier covers daily wellbeing, brain games, and self-managed medication and vitals tracking, at no cost. Premium adds remote care sync, AI tools, and family features, with a free trial before you pay anything — 7 days on a monthly plan, 14 days on an annual plan.
